“Support for our franchisees has always been my top priority and we are now industry leaders when it comes to how we receive customer enquiries and how we pass those jobs on to our franchisees. Time is of the essence when it comes to dealing with customers.

“The texts and emails to our franchisees, and back to our customers, are almost instant thanks to this system. If we can’t do a job, the regional franchisor knows straight away. This equips regional franchisors with anonymous local data so they have a better understanding of the service opportunities in their region.” Mr Dowling said his company’s biggest concern was not being able to service all of the enquiries coming in from customers around Australia.

“Since I’ve taken over the helm, we’ve made fundamental changes to the business, and our customers are clearly noticing,” said Mr Dowling, who purchased the company in October 2015.

“We’ve been investing in the company’s infrastructure and we’ve seen a surge in the number of customers making enquiries for service.

“We need more franchisees around the country to meet the needs of the community. Almost half of our customer enquiries go ‘unserviceable’ as we don’t always have franchisees in the local area able to undertake the work being asked of us…” (Brisbane Times, 29th of March 2017).
